As a newcomer, you will start your career paths with Onboarding to help you acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviors for working at Sberbank Europe. Throughout the first six months, your line managers will provide you with continuous coaching and mentoring. You will also benefit from Sberbank Europe’s various info channels like the Welcome Day meeting, newsletters or our Intranet.

Performance management

Once you are familiar with Sberbank Europe’s organizational structure and processes, you will find yourself in a 360° feedback environment. Performance management at Sberbank Europe involves several feedback sessions per year as well as self-evaluation. Sberbank Europe encourages a direct and honest dialogue between employees and their line managers. As a results-driven company with resilience and a passion to perform, we believe that clear and transparent communication is of crucial importance to our success as individuals and as a company.

Talent programs and teambuilding

Our talent programs will help shaping your career, make you feel a valuable member of the team, foster exchange of best practice and experiences. Our “Sharing is Caring” initiative gives floor to team members who are keen on sharing their know-how in the fields different from their core competences.

We love our informal meetings, gatherings and teambuilding activities. We celebrate Christmas and summer together, compete in winter sports at Kranjska Gora resort in Slovenia and represent our bank at Sberbankiada, a sports event with thousands competitors from the entire Sberbank Group.
