Complaints Management

Sberbank Europe AG, together with its subsidiaries, strives to provide competent solutions and excellent services for its customers. Feedback from our customers helps us to better understand their needs and thereby to improve our products and services. We kindly ask you to contact us, should we have failed to fully meet your expectations. We do appreciate constructive feedback and take your comments and complaints seriously. In order to resolve your matter efficiently and quickly, please provide us the following information:

  • Full name and address;
  • Description of your matter in detail;
  • Attachment of copies and relevant documentation (in case needed);
  • Should you have a suggestion regarding the solution of your matter, do let us know.

Please, submit your matter through your Relationship Manager or contact our Complaints Management Department by e-mail or mail (see contact details below).
You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt immediately and our answer as soon as possible. You shall receive an update to your request at latest after 15 calendar days from the submission of your concern and a final reply at latest after 30 calendar days from the submission of your concern. In case the processing of your message may take us longer, you will be notified in due time.
