Sberbank Direct wins FMH ZINS AWARD 2016

For the second time in a row, Sberbank Direct won the "FMH ZINS AWARDS 2016” in the categories call money and fixed-term deposits with a maturity of one and three years. “We are happy that we were able to defend our title from last year. Winning such an important financial award is another milestone on our way to become one of the leading direct digital banks in Germany,” says Magnus Eger, Managing Director of Sberbank Direct.

The FMH ZINS AWARD not only judges the attractiveness of interest rates for financial products from a client’s perspective, but also deeply scrutinizes the service quality of a financial provider. In an extensive study, financial providers in Germany have been assessed based on criteria such as expertise, customer service as well as quality of advisory via telephone or e-mail.
