Sberbank Europe finalizes the sale of Sberbank Slovakia

After signing the agreement on 17 December 2015, Sberbank Europe AG has now completed the sale of 99.5% of its Slovak subsidiary Sberbank Slovensko, a.s. to Penta Investments. As of December 2015, Sberbank Slovensko had total assets of EUR 1.8 bn and more than 110,000 active customers.
